A standard weekday call-out is £150 including VAT, which covers travel and the first hour of work. Any hours after that are £50 + VAT. Parts are quoted clearly before we fit anything.

The call-out charge covers travel to your property and the first hour of work. Any time beyond that first hour is charged at the hourly rate shown, plus VAT.
