Our Trading Philosophy
We founded CK Plumbing & Heating to provide Cornwall homeowners and businesses with a straightforward, professional plumbing service free from unexpected surprises and pushy sales tactics.
1. Honest, Upfront Service
We provide clear expectations upfront over the phone before we come out. You will always know what to expect before our van leaves for your property.
2. Realistic 2–4 Hr Response
We do not make false 30-minute promises across rural Cornwall roads. We aim to be with you in 2 to 4 hours and keep you updated by phone.
3. Any make of boiler
We install and repair boilers from every major manufacturer, so you are not tied to one brand. Installations qualify for extended warranties up to 15 years on selected models, and everything is registered with Gas Safe.
